Doesn’t always work right. Currently, I am receiving calls on mobile phone for jobs not displayed in my profile in the app. In fact, NO jobs at all are being shown since before Christmas. Almost no calls either. Wish my district used something better like Aesop.

No calling time set custom does not allow 24 hour clock or am/pm distinctions! I get calls over night as result. Secondary issue but of major import, since last update applied; texting of opportunities have been discontinued. I have lost significant opportunities to work as a result. I can’t answer phone calls while in class but I can answer text messages!

It is a good app but why don’t you add a notification sound when a job is posted , other apps have this feature and it is very useful.. it is so inconvenient to keep checking the app every minute because there is no notification sound

Tired of it crashing on me, y’all need to do better, error messages that often prevent log in whether it’s updated or not !’

App no longer works. Just shows “No Records Founds” on all tabs: Available, Active, Finished, and Canceled.

Since October 2024, I have been attempting to give myself a task; nevertheless, it is seldom (1 out of 10 tries) for me to be successfully assigned due to server timeouts. This consistently prevents me from seeing what is accessible. This occurs to both me and many of my coworkers who use the Smart Find app. This application, catering to a vast number of users, should not have timeouts and must possess sufficient capacity to accommodate thousands of concurrent users. Kindly rectify this problem. This application has rendered me unable to work due to its persistent malfunction.

- supper laggy and crashes a lot if you refresh or switch to different menu options -SUPER BRIGHT = SUPER ANNOYING -could be be more optimal and should have a faster start up page time

It is very difficult to use and unclear how to change password. It was difficult to set because there are no instructions.
