Ich habe die App extra gekauft, um den Stand der Ventilöffnung sowie die Ist-Temperatur zu sehen. Leider wird beides nicht mehr anheizt und somit ist die App für uns wertlos. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn dies wieder geändert würde, ansonsten hätte ich umsonst bezahlt.

Und das Murmeltier grüßt 

Ich habe nun schon des Öfteren das Problem gehabt, dass ich keine Push Nachrichten mehr auf mein iPhone und mein iPad bekomme.

In der Liste in der App sind sie allerdings da, es fehlt nur das „Bimmeln“ und die Push-Nachrichtendienste auf dem Display.

Ich habe keine Einstellungen vorgenommen.

Es ist schade, denn an sich ist der Dienst gut. Aber der Ausfall von diesen Funktionen und das Nicht-Antworten auf meine Supportanfrage ist eben keine gute Bewertung wert. Schade!

Der Grund dafür, dass ich diese App gekauft habe, waren die Statusanzeige (Ventilöffnung) und die Anzeige der Ist-Temperatur der Homematic IP Thermostaten. Beides ist seit dem letzten Update verschwunden und die App für mich wertlos. Reagiert endlich auf die zahlreichen Bitten eure Kunden! Dann gibt’s auch wieder mehr Sterne.
