Cannot create an account. Useless
To be able to use the app, first thing is to create an account. And the app fail/has a bug on doing that. Useless until this is addressed.
Stupid functionality
Remote access to dryer/washer is only available if you press and hold two buttons on your machine first, and it needs to be activated every time you want remote control. I just don’t understand why anyone would consider that practical. There’s also a lack of detail, such as time remaining. Really rubbish.
Dumbed down my dryer
This app asked me to update software for my f&p dryer, which I did, now my dryer wont tell me how much time remains on the app. WARNING: Don’t ever do an appliance update using this. Disappointed!
Cannot connect dryer and wifi
As others have said in the past couple of reviews, it is not possible to hit the next button in the app once your phone is connected to the wifi network generated by the appliance (in my case a dryer). I just installed the update that came out yesterday and still have the exact same issue. The patch notes mention something about a wifi connection but the issue is not resolved for me.
Cannot hit “Next” button after entering WIFI details
Tried connecting brand new fridge and dishwasher but neither of them will let me hit the “next” button after joining the local machine WIFI as the app instructs. Will not auto find either unit despite following instructions. Have uninstalled/reinstalled and power cycled both appliances but still no good. Poor form to advertise smart appliances that are anything but.

Can’t push next button when connecting to appliances wifi from my phone
Lacking custom sound notification
Be good to be able to have a custom sound notification as opposed to the default phone sound notification
Bugged App
Can’t get past the sign up. Fill out all the details add my password and agree to the Ts&Cs and then it jumps back to select country and says try again later. Useless.
Aircon application
What a bunch of idiots I wish they’d stop upgrading something that needs to be very simple and now it’s completely broken Finally fixed it up to 2 1/2 weeks not cool guys
