I truly love my Washer it’s awesome in every way . I wish I would have known about this way beforehand re a year ago when I purchased it. I would have purchased way ahead of time. It’s Superb

Tried it twice already, I’m not putting all of the codes in over and over again. Garbage
No mater how hard I try I can not sign into this APP I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it several times need help or fix it so we can use the products. PLEASE
Setup sends you in endless loops. Want to add an appliance with the model number and serial number? The app will just dump you back to the default “Add Appliance” screen. My appliance is already configured on my network. Why won’t the app find it? Beats me, but I work in IT so none of this is new to me. They couldn’t have made this more frustrating if they tried.
Lost manual control of Window AC..Called customer service twice.. after waiting 8 minutes and 10 minutes each time.. both times were hung up on and no one has called back in an hours time.. Do better customer service or are you only concerned about selling your appliances..
I own the GE Opal ice maker. When we got it 6 months ago I connected it to wifi via the app and set up a schedule. I noticed a week or so ago that it was not on the schedule anymore (making ice overnight) so I went to the app and there was no record of my appliance in my account. I tried to set it up again and it couldn’t find it, so I went and stood next to it and still nothing. So I chose manual setup and it was asking me for info on the back of my machine. So I move stuff so I can pull the thing out and nope, the info it’s asking for is not on the back of my machine. So I go to the internet. Find out I need to hold down 2 buttons to initiate wifi connectivity. Do that and try again. It find my appliance and starts the connection process. And 5x in a row it has timed itself out on the “one more moment while we finish setting up your appliance” or whatever it says. And no, it’s not my wifi, I just did a speed test and my speed is 258 mbps. It finds the appliance and connects to my wifi no problem, but cannot seem to finish setup. Which is INSANE for an over $500 countertop appliance that you can only control through the app.
