Go to Intercom at the handset, you’ll see the list of mobiles registered via APP that one can Intercom with. My handset got stuck with item 7, my iPhone 11, called iPhone. I removed the App and installed again, however the handset still displays 7-iPhone. I registered the handset again, and re-installed the APP in my iPhone, with no luck. Should there be a way to remove the entries in Intercom in the handset? Currently after de-installing the APP, I changed my mobile phone name to Edu. Now I appear as entry #. That is, intercom entries are now 7-iPhone, 8-Raphael, 9-Gabriel, and #-Edu.
