Some times ( read rarely) it connects , most of times ( read always) it doesn’t. No matter how many times you disconnect (Maruti WiFi & Bluetooth) and connect  again, it is just waste of time.
Its really a pain  in the neck to update the software .
I will give one star because you can’t go any lower than that.

Recently, I received a notification in the mobile app about a new system update. I downloaded and installed it. However, the post-installation process on the vehicle's system was very time-consuming, and the screen frequently got stuck, preventing any other actions. Informing users about the duration and potential interruptions before installation would be helpful.

Got recent update for the infotainment system on the app and the the same seamlessly transferred to the vehicle.

Wifi shows connected but the app somehow didn’t connect with the headunit. This is so annoying since day 1, now its been more than a year and same problem still stands tall.

Doesn’t do the one thing it is supposed to do - to sync the updates from Suzuki to the smartplay system in the car. 
You still have to use the usb drive to perform an update (thankfully that works else one has to take it to service centre each time there needs to be an update) 

My recommendation to Maruti- pls take down this app or invest in making it better. Not worth having a 1 star app on Apple Store.

I have a update in my car why would I go to the workshop to update my infotainment. The app doesn’t show connected but when I check my wifi settings it’s connected. It’s so irritating and trash please refrain from downloading this app

Don’t waste your time by installing and trying this app. It never connects. Useless crap. Just pair bluetooth or use carplay (Wired or wireless) for music and calls. Thats it.
