## SmartPoint Connect Reviews in United States

### *---- "Does not work with my iPhone"
I have to give it 1 star because I could not configure a smart plug to work with my IPhone….wasted a lot of time trying to connect it with my router. Then I tried using my iPad and I was able to connect it that way.
-- qh4dotcom, 2025-04-15

### *---- "TERRIBLE"
Terrible support, Terrible product.
-- Bricemb, 2025-04-09

### ***** "The best priced camera !!!"
The best price and you can add on as many cameras as you want to add and the clarity of the pictures and playback is top notch
-- LondynAubrey18, 2025-03-12

### ***** "Works well"
Love its functionality and easy use all
-- bigeasy1812, 2024-12-14

### ***** "Above and beyond"
Very simple to use and connect.

Easy to fix and no maintenance needed.

Every now and then the app will fail to detect or notify motion if you have the follow motion feature off.

Other than that it delivers for its price.

Night vision.

Subscription only needed if you dont want to install sim card and want video capture instead of a photo capture.
-- EndGame Solutions, 2024-11-28

### *---- "This app was great."
It was great before it got intrusive ads in the last update. Pop up notifications and banners everytime I open it. Not security friendly. I wouldn’t mind them if they didn’t block my interface when I need to check my home for suspicious movement outside. I’ll be look a replacement.
-- Yuri328, 2024-10-25

### *---- "Very bad"
They work great when they work. The night vision is good. They keep disconnecting and now after a power failure will not pair via WiFi or BT. I flushed the router and all other devices are off.
Never had so much issue with wireless even if they are 10 feet from the router and iPhone. I will not be buying any cloud storage.
Entering the WiFi password that I am connected to over and over and over to pair it seems a bit strange also.
-- KF0G, 2024-09-23

### ***** "Surprisingly great!"
Way better than expected. In quality of video, audio, and easy app use.
Great little camera , with audio both ways, complete 360 rotation and color / night vision A++. Would recommend. Only issue i had was the set up was a little difficult, you have to be on a slower wifi connection . T-Mobile helped get it all dialed in.
-- JustJolene88, 2024-08-31

### *---- "La"
Basura no sirve para nada
-- ,vgy, 2024-06-08

### ***** "Like it!!!"
It’s a great app. I like how I can see and talk to my pets. The WiFi is a bit bouncy when I move the camera; takes a little time to respond. But that may be my connection.
