Why do you need all those personal information for buying a transit card??? Why do you need a user to sign in every time when it’s already in app to edit any information??? Why are you not even showing the correct location of your buses??? I can’t imagine saying this but cash is way easier than this app. -- itsniceman, 2024-12-27 ### *---- "Deleted Apple Pay" Be careful adding funds to this from your Apple Pay. It will delete the card and you will have to redo everything. -- Andrew McNamee, 2024-12-20 ### *---- "Awful" Won’t let me make an account. I can’t get past the security question page. Terrible app. They did zero user testing -- geozuf, 2024-12-15 ### *---- "Terrible" This is the worst app I have ever had the pleasure of using. Just take an uber. -- Duke_L74, 2024-12-15 ### *---- "Just awful" Not possible to buy a single ticket without this card or app -- Philip0123456789, 2024-12-14 ### *---- "If I could give one star I would" Worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using extremely slow and outdated with the most bizzare security measures that seem far more annoying then useful -- Dragovitch, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "If you gave infinite monkeys infinite typewriters they could make a better app" Whoever did actually assemble this tragic excuse for a smart card replacement app should be forced to actually demo the app before releasing it as a “finished” product. It is almost 2025 and *this* is the state of your app? It’s pathetic and embarrassing and I am shocked and angered at how you have so *proudly* put your names on this entry-level, junior-varsity, sorry excuse for a high-school level coding final project and called it good. This should be a prestigious and highly utilized app that helps change things for the better and your neglectful ignorance of that one simple point of pride shows in your work and is probably why you should not occupy the seat you currently do. Get a new job -- try_improving, 2024-12-13 ### *---- "Should be illegal" This app is abjectly terrible. If you have an account going in, best of luck ever getting it to help retrieve your password. -- ephender, 2024-12-13 ### ***** "Simple and Easy" Just like the metro system in DC, easy to use and best way to get around! -- lisalfarin, 2024-12-12 ### *---- "Take an uber or go to an ATM" 45 mins to add a card to go two stops. I’m amazed this has anything beyond 1 star -- mblank1984, 2024-12-09 [View all SmarTrip reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SmarTrip Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Travel | #218 | ## SmarTrip Discovered Keywords -
