## Smartsalary Reviews in Australia

### *---- "What rubbish….."
This would have to be the worst app I have ever had to deal with in the history of apps, you can’t claim anything on it. It always says that there is no Internet when you have Internet. What is the point of having a financial when you can’t claim anything on it.
-- Chri$typ, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Keeps Freezing"
When you go in to track your claims on an iPhone, the entire App freezes locking you into that screen that has nothing displayed. You then need to close the App then reopen to use the other features. I have reported this issue a number of times over the last year but it still persists. Useless!
-- Cibsy, 2024-12-18

### *---- "LOST $3000"
Sent me an email informing me i would be able to have access to my funds after i resigned from work, then proceeded to close my account resulting in loss of $3000. Absolutely awful- would rate 0 stars but 1 star is the lowest option
-- ansuwihwbzgagalalaojananan, 2024-08-13

### *---- "Worst app to use"
Cant believe these jokers doesnt even put any effort to make a better app or spend time to upgrade. Highschool kids can make a better app than these fools.
-- M_starrr, 2024-08-05

### *---- "Useless"
Can’t see transactions, and now can’t see balance either. I can access security settings and that’s it.
-- Ali412, 2024-07-27

### *---- "APP"
How do you access where the money was spent?
-- items great for the price, 2024-07-24

### *---- "Terrible"
After the recent “update”, it is no longer possible to see any transactions
-- Denninup, 2024-07-20

### *---- "Needs to be given a makeover"
This app is soooo bad. It's not user friendly. It always gives you an error. The point of me downloading this app is so that it will be fast for me to check things but I found myself having to go the website a lot of times. Its just a waste of time.
-- im_tc, 2024-07-17

### *---- "Transaction check"
Transactions should be included in the app, therefore saving time to login the account via website.
-- Ryo-man-icole, 2024-07-15

### *---- "Transaction Details Gone AGAIN!"
Yet another update has stopped the transaction function from working AGAIN! Don’t do the update from 11/7/24
