The app is useless. They don't update it. Info is old, map search doesn't work properly. Not worth it. Just use "timeout Shanghai" or Smart Shanghai websites.

Your app is very functional, it is very useful, but - add Retina display support please! It is absolutely indispensable now! Thank you.

Last week，I Can not open the first page. The housing , events, jobs and so on. Then they have solved the problem quickly and emailed me. Very good service！

Hey guys I am not the only one that is having problems with the current version. Really slow and most of the time doesn’t work. I think is important you to know.

Reliable, authentic, and helpful

Smart shanghai is the best expat guide out of any expat guide ever. Hands down. Thus app is just a (less than perfect) way to access their amazing content without trying to Jerry rig it through your stupid safari browser. They did alright.

视角独特 就是更新不够快

Not only me, but also many friends around me, are all using SmartShanghai web and app for our living in Shanghai. It's a great app, has so many awesome articles, which helps us to know Shanghai much better. And the housing is such a good platform for our expats in Shanghai to look for suitable apartments, and the tickets, definitely helped us a lot, saving us from reading the Chinese tickets platform ;) and and can find so many venues like restaurants, and I found my mandarin schools from here, even found an English speaking clinic for checking my teeth in Shanghai ;)) you guys at SmSh are awesome, will support your work all the time ! Ps: if you guys could get the venue listings more visible with pics would be much better ;)
