Love smart sheet on the desktop and on the app. Super handy. The only criticism on the app is that freeze pane function doesn’t work… so on a small device it makes spreadsheet super hard to use while other features are great. Would be great if they can develope freeze pane to work on mobile app to make this more user friendly

### ****- "Fantasy from a browser, but iPadOS and iOS…"
This product is incredible when used via a web browser. As a regular MS project and JIRA user for typical work flow, this product integrates both the ability for waterfall and agile flows in one package with gantt and card views, while being easy to learn. I actually prefer this product over MSProject. However, the iOS application is where Smartsheet falls short, In particular, the iPadOS. You would expect full control of a project from an iPad and at least the ‘grid view’ integrated with ‘gantt view’ (like the gantt view from a browser as the current views are not ideal) but this iPad OS version falls short in these most commonly used areas. Many are now using iPads as their primary device with improvements in power with the advantage of portability, which is why improvements to this should be a high priority. Smartsheet has promise and i can see are working towards improving with small iterative updates, hopefully, sooner rather than later, they can deliver a major update encompassing full control (like from the web browser) from iPadOS and a combined grid/gantt view, however, at this point in time, it’s not quite there yet from a development point of view on iOS and especially iPadOS.

I really like Smartsheet, however, I seem to have a lot of connectivity issues when logging onto Smartsheet. For example, I am at home today on a Sunday trying to log into Smartsheet and have not had any success doing so on my computer. I’m able to do it on my phone for some reason, but on my computer.

I have just updated my work laptop to windows 10 and the print function has changed when open in google chrome. The print window opens half off screen and is less functional. Printing works ok in internet explorer but Smartsheet does not! What can I do?

The app was really brilliant with the row opening up into a sheet and you could actually use it on your phone updated a row without getting lost. The latest update turned it more into a version of excel.
Please consider changing back to what made the app superior to excel in the first place - keep it simple and functional.

Smartsheet is a brilliant online spreadsheet.
It's gantt view makes it an incredibly cheap alternative to MS Project.
It's ability to attach documents and add notes and reminders takes it up another level.
The collaborative capabilities are great too.
The iPad app makes is near faultless and gives me go anywhere access to my sheets.
