The transition has been smooth (yet I wish that the planned auto-import from Airtable facility on which SS is currently working, and should be available soon, was already available for my transition as mapping each field is tedious). Nevertheless, once my databases were transitioned into SS solutions, the true joy of using SS became abundantly evident. It is incredibly easy to use with amazingly comprehensive help facility providing guidance with examples and syntax for every step of every action undertaken in working with your data. SS roadmap indicates that many of the “would like” features are in the pipeline or planned for near future implementation - which is amazing for such a new service provider. All the features that I made use of in Airtable, with the exception of one (which is currently planned by SS), is more than adequately available in SS and much easier to use. The ability to dynamically link databases/solutions, which is a huge cumbersome drawback in Airtable, is one of the best and most useful features of SmartSuite. Also the ability to use ChatGPT built in within a Smart Documents for each record in your solution is amazing - a feature of which I make tremendous use. The online support team has been the best I have ever experienced (even before I became a paid up subscriber). Their response on simple and more complex queries have been prompt, comprehensive, incredibly well documented and hugely helpful. Truly amazing!
