This app is throughly rubbish. We bought a Samsung frame Tv because we want to camouflage our tv as artwork. The tv technology is great, but this app feels 10 years out of date. It’s cumbersome, glitchy, and not user friendly. Initially I was able to beam up photos and artworks from the app (cumbersome, limited options and time consuming)- but now there is some error, and I’ve completely lost this ability. I can’t seem to figure out how to fix it. This app is far to basic for what the frame TV deserves, and now that it no longer works, it is beyond utterly useless. It feels like an after thought for the Frame TV. Very disappointing
Absolutely useless
I need to update the firmware update n my soundbar when it started malfunctioning. Tried using this app. All appeared to go well, then the device disappeared from the app and cannot be added again as it is already registered. Not only did it not work, the app read my soundbar as the wrong model and it is now completely disabled. Lodged an enquiry with Samsung almost two weeks ago and have not heard back. Probably shouldn’t have lodged the enquiry through the app! Abysmal product and service. Will go Sony for my replacement!

Works well even from distance
Complicated and convoluted
Firstly the app would not let me access my account for two weeks because I didn’t have my old phone number and ever since then it will never connect to my tv or says it’s not connected to the network when it most definitely is. As a person who has been in the the consumer TV industry for over a decade and understand how apps like these are supposed to work this is an app like Samsungs tvs operating system has gotten so complicated that even I can’t make heads or tails of it when it doesn’t work so take a step back Samsung your products ease of use has gotten worse not better and sadly your software used to be the best. And before you say it’s probably because my tv is old it’s last years OLED, so honestly I’m just disappointed Samsung, do better!
Doesn’t recognise devices as being on most of the time
