It never lets me connect to my Samsung oven
Sitting in my living room, looking at my TV which is connected to the internet. Try to add because the app is reading the TV as “offline”. I scan and it locates the TV, gives me a PIN. I enter it, the app chooses to log me off. So I sign in again. Scan. No device found. Just don’t lose your remote control and skip the app.
No no manual no instructions. Have to
This app won’t let me sign in. I tell it to send a one time code to my email and it does, I enter the code and it says “incorrect code try again”. Do this a few times and it never works. I reset my password, sends link to my email, I reset and try to use the new password, app says “incorrect password” do this a few times. Finally I can log in. Now the app continually says “link between this mobile device and your tv isn’t working Ng. Try resetting app” so I can never actually change any settings.
Can you add a remote finder button for tvs connected to the app
This is the most touchy app. It rarely works!
The last update did something to permanently toggle sharing my phone location. Now my automations don’t work and I cannot fix. Even deleting the app did not restore the functionality
I have Q950A and Q950T soundbars, which were built with an ultra annoying menu system that sits on TOP of the soundbar, making it impossible to know what settings you're changing without walking up to it. After years, Samsung finally added an option to change channel volume settings in this app. However, it only lets you change one or two channel levels before it stops allowing other channel volume adjustments. In order to adjust levels the way I want, I still have to use the physical remote and walk up to the soundbar to observe what settings are being changed. This makes the app itself somewhat useless, and definitely ULTRA annoying
It’s a remote
I can’t “add” because the app isn’t recognizing the QR code on the range or the door of the oven!!
