it's really not easy to load the tv with photos and it would be nice if you could make folders of your photos on the tv - along with complete editing from the screen with the remote

Buggy, confusing, frustrating
It’s a constant battle to connect to my Samsung The Frame tv. It just never works. Ugly, clunky, bloated application that does not match the premium we pay for Samsung products. Looking forward to future software updates!
Keyboard on Remote
Hello, I started using this app cause it gives the benefit of keypad on Youtube search bar. But, it only showed for few times and now its not showing at all. Furthermore, there is no option to open keypad on remotely after going to search bar. Please fix this issue so that Keypad can popup automatically when search bar is on. Thank you
Washer and dryer
Switched to Starlink and it no longer syncs to the app, spent hours trying , total headache
Horrible
iPhone Bluetooth can see the device but Samsungs own app can’t. What a shame.
Ok but needs work
This app is cool in the sense that I can control my ac from wherever in the house!! But the app is kind of clunky and unresponsive at times. Sometimes it takes a few taps to turn on the ac and the ai feature seems to not work that well either. Wishing there were more functionalities and features and smoother interaction with the interface :)

Disappointed with the Samsung app
The worst app that doesn't work at all with our smart thing appliances with that said I've called Samsung and left them an email they never replied nor emailed me??. So how should I set my appliances with the app when it doesn't work??.
Temperature Type
Hi, I live in Canada, I don’t use Fahrenheit. I have a screen that show Celsius, but when I click into a Minisplit head, it show Fahrenheit, can we please allow an option show everything in Celsius or Fahrenheit
Broken for over a year
Haven’t been able to add a single photo to my frame tv in over a year. Ridiculous broken promises for an overpriced television
