Dosen’t work properly
The app is a mess. Lack off overview and latest updates. Don’t work with the TV. Can’t control devices anytime. Seems like it only works random. I dont like it.

Appen kan åbenbart ikke vise aktuel temperatur, men kan kun vise, om døren er lukket. Man kan dog indstille temperaturen via app.

Hver gang appen åbnes har den ikke husket den enhed man har registreret.
Can’t find devices, when it can, can’t connect
Useless app. Wasted hours just trying to add devices so I could turn off the jungle. To no avail. Also seemed to mess with our wifi.
Ustabil
Tæt på ubrugelig sammenholdt med andre. Man skal konstant give tilladelse, også selvom der har været dannet par. Så giver det ikke så meget mening at man har en fjernbetjening på sin mobiltelefon hvis man har liv skal finde sin originale fjernbetjening frem…
Data sucking app
Samsung just wants your data, no real benefit is clear here. Eg it wants gps location when adding a device. Might be useful but should not be a requirement.
Helpfull app? Add Serial number feature
I bought a new dryer and washer, that both need service. When requesting service you are required to send the serial number of the machine. When the serial number, in my case, is not accessible from the front, then you got a new problem, besides the one you are trying to request service for. My dryer and washer are build-in. Now I need to request a technician to pull them out and read the serial number! It would be really helpfull if the serial number would be visible from within the App. Pls. add this feature.
Overvågning
Hvorfor skal men godkende overvågning af præcise lokation, for at forbinde sit tv til sin ipad? Hvad rager det jer hvor jeg bor? Jeg har betal for mine enheder! Hvorfor skal men have en profil for at bruge sit tv, man har betalt for ? Hvor er de politiker i eu der buret fjerne den slags bonde fanger hvad er det lige elles skal bruge eu til?
Umuligt at logge ind
Det er simpelthen for useriøst at jeg først får at vide at min konto allerede eksistere, og da jeg så skriver min kode logger den ikk ind. Så vil jeg ændrer den hvor siden så siger det ikke må være den gamle kode. Da jeg endelig har fået skiftet kode og vil logge ind igen, så den ugyldigt ID, selvom den startede med at sige en konto fandtes med den mail. Nu er kontoen så låst, og den vil have mig til at ændre kode igen… Den app kan jeg så åbenbart ikke komme til at bruge.
Virker sjældent
Dårlig integration til Google Home..
