Samsung Comfort 9 -ilmalämpöpumpun ohjaus sovelluksen kautta ei käytännössä toimi. Lämpötilan korotus kestää 30-90 sekuntia (pyörivä ympyrä), jonka jälkeen ei joko tapahdu mitään, tai tulee ”Connection Error”, vaikka verkko toimii OK. Noin 20-30 yrityksen jälkeen lämpötilan korotus voi mennä läpi. Kyllästyin ja ostin 99 eurolla Sensibo -etäohjauspalikan, jonka Appi ja toimivuus on 100% ja käytettävyys ihan eri planeetalta kuin SmartThings.
Avoid App
App will ask u to log in (painful experience at least on iphone)to then not even be able to load any section of the app. Doesnt even let you try to add a device or control anything. All you can do is send people invites to download a complete piece of trash??? Samsung?? Really??

Incompatible
As I opened this app, the first thing I saw was a slogan about one app and many devices. Well, not quite so. Many of the samsung devices are not supported on iOS. Most notably the smart tags.
Bad app
I would prefer a physical remote to this UI/UX nightmare. Why does the app need my precise location for application-device pairing?

It just does not work
I had the Samsung Smart Home app earlier, and while it was a bit of a pain to use I managed to control my AC with it. It was bad enough though to discourage me from buying any other Samsung products. The Samsung did a nasty move and discontinued that app and told users to move to a new one. Hint: Never do that. Ever. For any reason. You may change the code, and the back end, and the name as long as it’s slick. So install SmartThings app and expect to see my AC there. No. So have to rediscover it, annoying but okayish. The discovery just does not work. No matter how many times one tries, the prcedure just hangs. Troubleshooting tips don’t work. Network setting reset on the AC does not work. Currently trying to figure out how to disable the schedules and go to full manual mode. Do not buy Samsung. Their user experience just stinks. Tries to be user friendly, and then just fails. Same as their TVs, all of them in different ways, completely inconsistently. All our TVs were now Samsungs, but the latest is a Panasonic and it does not annoy me. Actually I probably won’t buy another Samsung product until they seriously up their game on usability. This service also gets worse with every update, now it is practically unusable for the one job I need it to do.
Not stable
Have to reconnect all the devices almost on every app use. Good app otherwise. Just loses connection and such a hasle everytime.
