SmartThings Reviews

Freezes with Samsung AC

Ribal Nasr on

Lebanon

App freezes when trying to control AC (Samsung Digital Inverter 18btu). Works only when turning on/off without entering remote control mode. I tried removing and reinstalling, unpairing and pairing again, nothing seems to fix that, can't even press ok on the "clean filter" notification.

Room scrolling

AeHubb on

The new method of scrolling through rooms is a total pain. The old drop down menu worked much better.

So far so good

Jakyabe on

United States

I’m new to this app but looks like to have more than the basics that an home assistant/smarthouse should have. I seems a bit outdated in a way that I can’t add most of my other smart devices to it. As far as concept and functionality I do think that it is advanced that all of the current smarthomes/assistant Alexa, google home, HomeKit.
