Features are limited to certain appliances— especially washing machines. So, what is the point of selecting a cycle from the app but not “executing” it from my device in the first place? Why do I need to get up and go to the machine just to press it? Again, what’s the point of the app? I barely have time to read the manual, I don’t care for the statistics or diagnostics of my machine on the app. Smart Things is a glorified remote control that works well with TVs but falls EXTREMELY short on other devices.

App is 👍🏼
