New quick remote huge win, still more to go though
Love the new quick remote using live activities, think this was a feature that had been missing for ages that would make the app more usable. Don’t get me wrong, still a significant delay that Samsung needs to work on in connecting the tv, but this cuts out about 2/3s of the admin when having a tv session.

The app keeps on signing me out so annoying!!

ABSOLUTE MORONS
1 star as I can’t rate any lower. Turned to this app for assistance after my TVs remote died. After being locked out of the app for weeks when I had to update the cellphone number to log into my old account, I had to remove the tv that was already owned by me on the app and the account. After the account finally realised I had removed the tv from the account, I had to re-add the tv to the account as the owner… using the remote that doesn’t work to confirm on the TV.
Not a convenient remote
The remote function works but lacks the convenience of a modern tech as it doesn’t have quick access buttons for apps like Netflix etc. Navigating through some apps is tricky too as the pointer is over sensitive

Not working on iPhone
Although the app is available and I can log in to my account none of my devices show. I have to keep a seperate phone just to use the tags which is quite silly.
