Signed up Dec 2024. All working although only 3Mb/s. 

A week later the iOS app needs update, duly performed. Now I cannot log in on the app, the system telling me that either the password or username is invalid but doesn’t say which. Using iOS Face ID to complete the login and was working so not a typing error. 

This is really poor and definitely not good enough. Thinking of going back to cable or fibre.

The App has a lot of information in it but the most infuriating thing about it is it doesn’t keep me logged in. Every time I want to use the app, I have to log in. Every time I log in, I then receive an email, which isn’t necessary. Please fix the app to keep us all logged in. It’s an App after all.
