I have been charged three charges for a trial. I removed the app instantly after installing as it is rubbish. The app shows free in my profile but they have processed into my credit card $45.62 and I am struggling to work out how to get it back. Please refund my money!!’ Oh and did I say, it was rubbish app. Don’t waster your time. Scammers steeling your money.

They are repeatedly charging my account after I asked for a refund as this app is not what they say it is. When I asked for a refund they have instead taken multiple payments of different amounts from my account DO NOT GET THIS APP

These guys over charge and then claim that their terms and conditions state otherwise when they clearly mention they offer a refund.

I will probably cancel it. It doesn’t really have topics of interest to me. It is very limited in that area

Pls don’t pay any amount they are full dodgy. What they promised is not provided. And if you ask for refunded proper response. Don’t be victim to this app. I strongly recommend AppStore and google play should ban this app

This was such a waste of time. I couldn’t even get into the app AFTER paying for my subscription. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn’t due to their terms and conditions but would allow me to use the app until the end of my subscription period… I couldn’t even get into the app, hence the request of refund! Their “help services” were clearly AI generated replies as they could not conceptualise my issue and kept suggesting the same thing to me even though I stated it did not work the first time. They stuck the landing when I finally ask them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They responded with “what seems to be the issue…”. I don’t understand how they have a 4.1 star rating when all I’m reading are 1 star reviews.. I am looking forward to an AI generated response to this review.

I have just paid for the app but can’t get into it. It also tricked me into getting a second purchase as you hit next or ok but instead of taking you to Apple Pay to authorize it debits your card. There’s no way to contact the developer to now request my $$ back. Seems like a scam.

Misleading - doesn’t tell you up front it’s in USD and then you get the shock of your life. Misleading ads on Instagram proposing to be something which it is not. A library free eContent from your local library is 1000% times better - no reply from support and no refund. Please do not waste your time or money. Dear Smarty - If you wish to make money you need to commit - to your customers and do not scam them! Content is King.

Cannot use app as every time I try to login the app asks me to register and pay for another subscription. There is no setting within the app to cancel subscription. It’s a scam.
