It’s fine for checking balances (when it actually loads properly) but the rest of it is very clumsy. I’ve been a customer for more than a decade and will continue to do so. I have to log in through the web browser to see my updated balance. I’ve tried logging out and back in. Uninstall and reinstall and my balance is still not reflecting my updated balance. However a few years into it I note that money leaves my checking account and does not appear in my smarty pig account for 7 calendar days. In other words someone is earning interest on my money for that period, it's not me. I would understand a one or two day delay but 7 calendar days in todays world is unacceptable.
