## Smash Island Reviews in United States

### ***** "Please Help"
Our guild Dolphins need to remove our captain because she can no longer use that account. Please remove that captain so I can move her new account up to captain. She has asked for help with this but nobody answers or helps. Please remove her.

You are so hard to reach. There are so many issues in this game that players are getting frustrated. They quit saying nothing is ever fixed and the game is boring. On my island you only see a bubble when building and so many others islands are the same. I ask you to please fix it for me and every other players. The side games are boring. What side game we are playing we can’t get what we need cause we aren’t given enough to even play these games. Please come in and fix all issues before we lose more players. There also should be a way to easily reach someone with our problems. It doesn’t seem like you even care about this game.

Please fix the issues in this game. You can’t see mine and many others islands they are just blank I ordered got several protection and police but can’t get to them because they are not in where my blank island are. I’m not the only one frustrated with the many issues in this game and I won’t continue buying if I don’t get what I have bought.
-- RAP2653, 2025-04-05

### *---- "Program frozen"
I have had a problem for almost a week of the game freezing up. I cannot get into the game to play. Getting frustrated.
-- Mamiturk9, 2024-11-18

### *---- "So many issues"
Sick of this app and it’s issues. Now I can’t even log in
-- ladynuenue, 2023-09-11

### **--- "World chat"
I used to play this game a lot and world chat certainly helps with game play. Unfortunately it doesn’t any longer as there’s 1 guy the calls ppl name, homophobic, as well as saying some of the nastiest things I’ve ever seen anyone say in there. He has multiple accounts and as soon as that profile is block on the game he logs into a different to continue. Someone needs to block IP address’ so his back up accounts can’t be accessed. I’m not the only person tired of it everyone is.
-- KATIEWV, 2023-06-24

### **--- "No support for issues"
I’ve sent messages thru feedback no response. Tried to get support from this page. Didn’t get anywhere. I’ve been playing the game awhile. But no customer support with my problems.
-- Jscruisn1, 2023-06-01

### *---- "Tried messaging support No response"
I have 6000 birds but it won’t let me use any during slingshot
-- islandkingsucks, 2023-03-28

### *---- "Love the game"
But it keeps glitching out on attack mode. I’m totally stuck.. been trying to attack one island for days every time it says attack then just freezes.. please fix this!!! I love this game and my guild!
-- Love&Light*, 2022-06-03

### *---- "I Lost My Game"
It was a good game! But I lost my guild and my friends and my members! I lost my money on the Noble Promotion! I lost my levels!
-- Leajean66, 2021-11-30

### **--- "CANT UPDATE"
Not cool at all that if you have iPhone you can’t even play the game or update it ! I’ve played smash island for years and got so far just to not be able
To play? Why can i update and play island king just fine!!! Bring it back so we can play on IOS!!
-- Mrreuterrrrre, 2021-09-11

### *---- "Stopped Working"
Why happened to this game not working on my iPhone now? I am very disappointed and ready to cancel my subscription.

I was enjoying this game until it stopped working on my iPhone. Now it won’t open and I’m very frustrated.
