مع التحديث الاخير اصبح غير سلس مثل السابق و كذلك لا يعطي كل نتائج التحليل (يظهرها كلها ثم جزء منها فقط) و بعد يومين يظهرها كلها مره اخري،
لا اتمكن من طباعه او ارسال التقارير او التحاليل كما في السابق و اذا حاولت ذلك قبل فتح نتيجه التحليل يتم اخراجي من البرنامج…
لا اتمكن من حجز اي موعد مها حاولت…
حذفت البرنامج اعدت تحميله ولم يفيد بشيء…
ارسلت لكم للدعم مرتين منذ حوالي اسبوع ولم يتم الاستجابة

مع الأسف يفرق التعامل في هذه المستشفى و فروعها من دكتور إلى الآخر واضح جدا أن المستشفى ماااادي جدا مع وجود كوادر تعرف فن التخاطب و الإقناع ثم طريقة العلاج أنا حاولت إني أتعالج في فرع الملك عبدالله وايضاً فرع الملك فهد ومع اسف اكتب هذا الكلام من واقع تجربة مع الفرعين للمستشفى.
مجرد ما يأخذ الطبيب الفاتورة يبداء بتوجيهك الى كل الأقسام وكل الفحوصات وفي الأخير على الفاضي
( مكنيكي يغير كل القطع اللى في السيارة حتى يعالج عطل واحد )
