## SMCU Mobile Banking Reviews in United States

### *---- "Never works properly"
Every time I need to use the app, it tells me I need to update info even though it’s all up to date, horrible banking app.
-- BrightSorrow, 2025-08-15

### **--- "Poor"
Service is poor. System with ATM is really bad. Several issues depositing money at ATM machine. Several times machine has been down. Could use a couple more branches. Maybe one in Ashland or Holliston. Convenience reasons. Other than that the banking policies are pretty good.
Wondering why it takes so long for you to reply to these reviews.
Are you going to replace the ATM machines with new ones that work?
-- m71899odat, 2025-05-23

### ***** "Mainly favorable"
I enjoy the accessibility of my branch, and helpful service.
Only criticism is phone sign in into sensitive and puts a hold on the account too quickly if you make a mistake signing in.
-- RISDRed, 2025-02-01

### *---- "Refinance Imminent"
Very dysfunctional app

Atrocious customer service
-- Mizaxtriplesix, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Glitchy App"
I love SMCU. However, the new mobile app update is poor. It gives an error message that I need an internet connection when I try to access my accounts. I need at least two tries and sometimes more to view my accounts.
-- mightycomet422, 2024-04-29

### *---- "Try again…."
Just recently it started getting glitchy and logging you out time to redo it
-- Fuhss CD f sad jbb B ch, 2024-04-08

### ***** "Great Personel service….always helpful"
I really enjoy doing business with a small local bank.
-- Tall babe58, 2024-02-08

### *---- "Rubbish"
Absolute trash. Locks you out for every little transaction you do, requiring you to call the branch every time.
-- Phalicey, 2023-11-29

### ****- "Accurate. Love email transaction and balance alerts."
Great Credit Union. App works. Accurate. Interface is not straight forward, but it is so small, I can find everything. Optional email alerts are great, but the information in the emails is not presented for quick analysis - too many useless words. Alert setup is overly clunky. Everything works in the app, and it is appreciated, but it could use some organization.
-- MikeLMA, 2023-05-26

### ***** "My Family Credit Union"
I’ve been with St Mary’s for over 50 years. Always there when I need a car loan, personal loan or just advice on handling my money.
