## SMEDRIX 3.2 Advanced Description
Der Dachverband des Schweizer Rettungswesens IVR hat die Algorithmensammlung SMEDRIX© 3.2 Advanced mit 24 Algorithmen sowie sechs Tabellen und Checklisten in deutscher und französischer Sprache lanciert. Zusätzlich ergänzt mit dem kompletten SMEDRIX© Basic 3.2

Neben der Möglichkeit, die Algorithmen schrittweise durchzugehen, stehen auch zoombare Übersichten zur Verfügung. Einige Felder werden mit spezifischen Zusatzinfos hinterlegt. 

SMEDRIX© 3.2 Advanced geht von Leitsymptomen aus, um dem tatsächlichen Ablauf von Notfallversorgungen gerecht zu werden, im Rahmen derer sich die Diagnose i.d.R. erst im Verlauf der Versorgung ergibt.

Grundsätzlich ist beim Arbeiten mit dieser App vorauszusetzen, dass der betreffende Mitarbeiter die beschriebenen Informationen versteht und die erforderlichen Handlungen beherrscht. Rettungsdienstliche Algorithmen müssen im Grad ihrer Verbindlichkeit innerhalb eines Anwendungsbereiches festgelegt werden. Es ist von grösster Bedeutung, dass diese Verbindlichkeitsdefinitionen auf Betriebsebene eindeutig getroffen und alle Mitarbeitenden darauf verpflichtet werden.
