Well I’m only ten and I feel like I’m suffering from depression or self anxiety but I hope this app helps because during the day I cant express my feelings so when I go to sleep that is my quiet and thinking time so I start thinking about the times that I embarrassed myself or I just start to feel unloved so I cry I cry myself to sleep and I don’t know why every time I make a mistake I clench my jaw, hit and pinch myself because I’m so self conscious I can’t express it and the only way I can is by crying, screaming or hitting things or people and I hope this app helps and I’m glad I got that off my mind and chest.thanks for listening it really makes me happy to know that I am heard. Thank you.

Great it helps me calm down when I have anger issues and when I have 5 other siblings

this app is amazing for brightening up your day and making you feel better. every time something bad in my life is happening i coincidentally get a notification from this app reassuring me that everything will be okay.

This app is not bad and it has good intentions but charging people $5 for some motivation and tips is beyond dumb and worthless. Obviously the only thing this app cares about is earning some money. But seriously only 3 mantras allowed unless you pay 5 bucks? I got this app thinking it would be super helpful to me but I ended up deleting it. I’d much rather find another app. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON GETTING THIS APP be prepared to pay $5 or it’s worthless. (By the way this is my first review but it needed to be said)

I love this app! My boyfriend broke up with me.. I needed a little bit more encouragement to smile. One of my friends mentioned this app. I was like what the hell, let’s do it. I’m not gonna lie, I kinda felt like crying tears of happiness when I saw the first notification. I needed that little boost of encouragement to get me through the day. My only wish is that you can get more notifications for free, but we can’t have it all! If you’re needing just a little nudge to enjoy life and smile, then this is the perfect app for you!

I love this app and has really helped me feel happier! Just wish that the full version wasn’t 4.99 because I don’t really feel that a notification app is worth $5 but a really good concept and has really helped!
