Smile Voice and SelfCare

The company does not allow data share between its own lines, like smile line to smile line. It says only with lines registered under your profile.! I should be able to gift a friend data regardless of the profile, smile to smile should be allowed just like other telecoms do

Unlike other VOIP the calls made using this application ends at the background immediately you switch to use another app. This is unlike other apps like WhatsApp etc. please fix it.

After the first month, I can check any record and can’t make new payment. So disappointing and unreliable App.

how has no one in the company noticed the app crashes a lot. you can’t even do anything on it. just a waste of space. do they intentionally refuse to fix it or pay someone to, or do they not use their products to the point where they’re oblivious when it’s not functioning right. if i could rate it less than one star, i would. because this problem has been going on for a long while now. i wish i had a record for how long it has been crashing

I have not been able to use this app since I installed it, it is always giving the error message “invalid token”.

Since I updated to the latest version of this app it’s been very frustrating, close to three weeks now have been unable to open the app, can subscribe, neither can I get access to my account. This is so Devilish angry😡😡😡

The network has to be the worst till date. The app barely works and data been recharged depletes without usage and worst, there is no data coverage most of the time. Super disappointed.

After recharging my mifi they didn’t update my account nor add my data,,I was debited for nothing,These guys are thieves,,don’t bother to buy from them,MTN is still better

This app and the smile Wi-Fi is wack it’s not working after I did a 25k subscription for just 5 users I can’t even use it on my laptop and it’s very annoying 😡😡😡😡
