I am a senior lady with little experience ordering on line. I have tried over and over to order on line and find it very difficult. I finally got the app to work for me and I thought I was set for the next time. But no, the company wants us to reset the app now and I’m back to square one again. I have spent hours trying to put in an order, just to finally give up and walk into the store to shop. Which is my second difficult task since I am handicapped and can not stand. I find it hard to get things out of the refrigeration areas due to the electric cart and refrigerator door being in the way. Or the product is on the side line of the door which stops me from reaching it at all. Or let’s talk about the top selves of the aisles. Thank u to some of the employee but mostly to the customers that have come along to offer their help. I so appreciate your kindness. Please give me some input to get this right. Compared to other stores this app is crippled. Can’t add from traditional ad, lists are cumbersome, app disorganized and buggy.

This app is terrible. 👎🏻Every time I click “check out pickup” I’m redirected to “change store” I play along and select the nearest Smiths (the same one I chose with the initial “choose the way you shop” prompt. And yet… this app takes me through a never ending loop of choosing my store and never getting to buy anything. This app is the woooooooorrrrrrrrssssssstttt!! When will HEB come out west? I wonder as I delete the app and reinstall. The Kroger monopoly won’t ruin my day today I kid myself as I try again to pay more for less at this conglomerate but nooooooooooooooo this app won’t let me.

What have you all done to the cart? I use to just be able to add things as I went along, now I have to figure out the difference from my list and cart, navigate to it, and it’s included things that I started from a list months ago. I absolutely hate it. Why did what isn’t broken??

Cool, I can log in now. Glad that the developers answer quickly when I have a problem. But now that I can use the app, it is so hard to navigate it. I wish the look was more condensed and there were more links to see things like my rewards card number. I had to tap on so many places before I found my rewards card, add my credit card onto Kroger Pay, and now I’m stuck on loading to add a new card… It’s also frustrating to change my email address to the account. What should’ve been a 2-minute process had unclear instructions on whether to type in my old or new email, AND it’s taking so long to go back and forth between my email and the app that I simply just quit trying to change it. I could have been shopping already instead of trying to work with this app the whole time.

iOS 15.8.6. Each update of this app makes it less and less useable. It has really good functionality, in its design, but will not operate quickly/efficiently, whether I’m on my home network or using my Verizon data network, on my iPad or iPhone, with or without my vpn. Each tap/touch fails to execute immediately, taking several seconds for the app to register the input; searches are an exercise in futility. Very frustrating. I’ve stopped using it at home and in-store, and removed my payment information from it. Glad others are able to use it, but it’s not working for me.

Every time I close the app the coupon preferences reset so you constantly have to re mark the boxes.

Confusing and counterintuitive. I had to get a worker there to help me figure out how to simply use a coupon. App deleted. I will be actively avoiding shopping at smiths in the future, since they make it so difficult to get their sales prices.

I see the digital coupons in-store and would like to use them as part of my regular shopping. But, I don’t, because when I go to scan one, either I've been automatically logged out or the app needs to update. It feels like excessive work to make sure the app will be ready when I go shopping and would like to utilize digital coupons. This problem has improved some over recent months, but still persists. Otherwise, a great app.

I absolutely hate the digital coupons. It makes me not want to shop at Smith’s anymore.
