### ****- "Overall fantastic program"
The Sarah Michelle program overall was absolutely exactly what I needed to prepare for boards. I would HIGHLY recommend it to any new grad getting ready to take boards. I only gave the app itself 4 stars simply because I feel it should include access to the entire program (modules, live session reviews, and the PowerPoints) and not just the exams and qbanks. It did crash on me a few times and froze up which was inconvenient, however I didn’t have any issues with the questions being tallied incorrectly (as I’ve seen a few other users did). Overall however, being able to do quizzes on the go was super nice and I literally used it daily while studying. Good luck grads- you got this!!

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
When I sign in using the email, went to my account, it says I don’t have an an active subscription even though my account is less than a week old.
-- Mel333\, 2024-11-03

### **--- "Continue to freeze"
This app continues to freeze after doing a few questions. Have to continuously delete and add the app back.

### ***** "Great experience!"
Not sure why there are so many poor reviews. My experience was wonderful with the app and the content was great. I loved being able to do practice questions wherever/whenever in my free time. I passed first try. Utilized the SM practice bank via this app (and did an exam or two on the computer) and partially did the Leik review (didn’t get through it all). Passed first time. Great app for those studying for boards!
-- EKM_FNP, 2024-07-29

### ***-- "Could be better"
The questions are well written, but are not up to date with current practice (i.e. new RSV vaccines available).
Explanations are minimal compared to other FNP prep apps. Other question bank apps contain images, videos, charts, and a forum for comments on each question, which are more helpful.
-- NickNameFNP, 2024-07-20

### ****- "Q-Bank purchase"
I purchased a Qbank subscription and I really enjoyed having this app. It really helped me continue to be on the go while still answering questions to fulfill the amount of questions I needed to answer per day. I also really liked that this app had all of the same functions as the online Qbank so that way you can design your own quizzes with the amount of questions per quiz, the area/s that you would like to answer questions in, and it also gave the rationales as well (just like online). It was a great study tool and really helped me pass ANCC this week! Highly recommend Sarah Michelle’s products. You won’t regret it!
-- EAPitt, 2024-06-20

### *---- "No access to the videos or modules from app"
The app is a joke. You don’t have access to videos or modules from it so what is the point of having an app?

### ***** "SMNP review"
Thank you Ms. Sara Michelle and team! With much gratitude and pleasure I would like to express my gratitude to you!
I passed my AANP certification and I just feel so light hearted now. The program you offered was my only tool to pass. I just went with your study plans. 1:1 sessions with Ms. Caroline was one of the best opportunity for gaining more confidence before exam itself. It’s time to celebrate 💐.Pass on guarantee really helped me to get focused on studies during last period of exam. You moulded me well and guided for success. A big appreciation and thanks team. You are the best guide.
Sincerely,
ShinyJoseph

### ***** "Board Review"
Enjoyed the course! Loved all the options to participate in live review sessions throughout week! Definitely loved my 1 on 1.
-- Mimsmed, 2024-02-20

### **--- "Keep getting repeats…"
With 1000 questions, I wouldn’t expect to get so many repeats. When I make a new practice set, i try to select unused questions only, but it always reverts to selecting questions from all 1000 available. If I make a set of 10 practice questions, I often get 7-8 repeat questions… and I still have over 600 questions that are unused! I’m trying to get through as many questions as a can before my test, so this is very frustrating!

Edit to add: losing another star. 4 days out from my test and neither the mobile app or website are working AT ALL!
