### **--- "Lazy app - you have the call them for anything on paid number"
Why make an app if to do anything it tells you to call 1300 paid number?
It shows that you hate your customers.
-- Roman N, 2024-05-14

### *---- "Useless app. Waste of time."
Got a text to download this app “to organize an appointment” but the app doesn’t let you do that.

What an utter waste of time.
-- dencio1898, 2024-01-02

### *---- "Useless and annoying"
Tenants are forced to use the app to “book your appointment” but you can’t, there is literally no option. Pathetic waste of space on your device, absolutely no need for an app.
-- kimberlynissen, 2023-06-28

### *---- "Got an SMS to book an appointment but you can’t on the app??"
Why would you SMS your customers telling them to go to the trouble of downloading an app to book an appointment when the app doesn’t let you book an appointment? Which brainless twit did the analysis and implementation of this system? Where was the user testing?
-- Bprandall, 2023-06-28

### *---- "Useless app"
No option to book appointment from the app
-- djangoo12, 2023-06-20

### *---- "doesn’t do anything"
they tell you to download it to book your appointment but there’s not even an option to book. it’s just useless handbook information about fire alarms. don’t waste your time.
-- hdubff, 2023-05-06

### *---- "Useless"
Pretty useless, can’t ever get past the “enter security code” screen as the code never arrives.
-- amduck_aus, 2023-02-20

### *---- "App wont notify when new msg appears."
App wont notify user when new msg appears.
-- wtfisnickname, 2022-12-16

### *---- "Alarm keeps going off after inspection"
Just after routine inspection of my alarms from the technician from your company, both my alarms keep going off and my baby won’t stop crying. Called the support numbers to bring the technician back who is only 5 minutes away but they just kept me on hold and disconnected abruptly.
