## Smoking Clock Description
Get rid of your smoking habit in as little as 3 weeks with this unique and exclusive iphone/ipod stop smoking clock. 

The program is divided into 5 phases, in all phases you are allowed to smoke only when the clock-hand is in the green zone:
1-Phase one, minutes 0 to 15 and 30 to 45 of every hour. 
2-Phase two, minutes 0 to 10 and 30 to 40 of every hour.
3-Phase three, minutes 0 to 5 of every hour and minutes 30 to 35 of every other hour (12 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 4 o'clock, ...).
4-Phase four, minutes 0 to 5 of every hour. 
5-Phase five, minutes 0 to 5 of every other hour (12 o'clock, 2 o'clock, 4 o’clock, ...). 

Bar chart listings will show your progress. Colored bars indicate the total number of cigarettes you've smoked each day and the average for prior days.
You can edit the total number of cigarettes you've smoked by double tapping the chart.

If you’re determined to quit smoking, this application is the ultimate tool to make it happen. The time intervals are very easy to remember, no need to check your iPhone/iPod all the time, just look at any clock when you feel like smoking.
