## Smooth Player Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Adds"
Too many ads before any music actually comes on
-- Ashia66, 2026-09-19

### *---- "Consistently dropping out"
Even with FULL mobile reception, app consistently stops playing. It would be a good app if it didn’t keep dropping out.
-- …….!!..!!, 2026-07-13

### ***** "Great vibes"
Love smooth fm
-- Unchained TJ, 2026-06-08

### ***** "Willy and woody"
Love them
-- wildn3, 2026-04-30

### ***** "Perfect app"
The best app I’ve ever seen and used, it’s amazing features and more things you can use with it, vintage, 80s, relax and more, just can’t get enough with this app!
-- Carrasco Victor, 2026-03-18

### ***** "A fantastic experience thanku Smooth"
A great customer experience love your music
-- humphr007, 2026-03-02

### ***** "Smooth Sailing"
How amazing being able to listen to my my favourite radio station wherever I go , this is smooth sailing. Thanks Smooth.
-- peppyman, 2026-01-23

### **--- "Pre-roll advertising"
One of my pet hates with audio streaming apps is pre-roll advertising before the stream starts. There are ads within the stream/program, on my book pre-roll is an unnecessary irritant for the listener. Just because you can do something sales driven doesn’t mean you should.
-- Stevem75, 2026-01-11

### ****- "Love it"
Very good. It would be good if it supported Siri Shortcuts so I could set a short cut when it connects to my car to open up my favourite station automatically , then it would be perfect
-- michaelb130, 2025-10-22

### ***** "Love Smooth FM"
Smooth FM is my escape. It brings peace to chaotic days, nostalgia to quiet nights, and reminds me that good music never goes out of style!
-- Kristina Risteska, 2025-07-16

### ***** "Smooth FM"
Awesome selection of music & always some great throwbacks
The best radio station
-- Bowen Hills, 2025-07-14

### ***** "Working Now!"
Update: Thank you for the email response. The App is working now!
So frustrating! The App hasn’t been working for a long time now on IPhone 14Pro :(
-- Deal It!, 2025-05-21

### *---- "Won’t open"
Opens to blank page deleted and reinstalled still nothing
-- Tocalme, 2025-04-26

### *---- "Can’t login through iOS"
Used to be a great app. Now can’t log in, once signed in the screen rolls to the bottom and can’t select the final Login button (it’s off screen).
-- ruckednee, 2025-04-01

### ***** "iPad Login"
When ever I try to login in on my iPad it goes straight to the bottom of the Screen and I can’t sign up or Sign in on any Nova Entertainment apps.
-- Hello hellohello hello, 2025-02-20

### *---- "Terrible"
The app crashes on startup every time. Blank white screen.
-- MTvA, 2024-08-28

### *---- "App won’t open"
Hi app won’t open on my iPhone. Updates are up to date, have removed and won’t download though still listed on my apps on App Store. Wrote to your support link (from here) 4 weeks ago and no reply. Please assist
-- Looeey, 2024-06-27

### ***** "Review"
Love Smooth FM
-- Kaybe81, 2024-04-20

### *---- "Update has broken CarPlay integration"
One of the latest updates now requires you to open the ‘Nova’ app on the phone when plugged into CarPlay. The point of CarPlay is not to touch your phone while driving and this update has made using the app dangerous
-- DOAT86, 2024-01-23

### *---- "Online app"
Online app is a very unpleasant customer experience. Poorly designed, gross invasion of privacy, poor layout, very annoying.
-- Professional/expert assessment, 2024-01-14
