## SMS Backup+ Reviews in United States

### *---- "Does not do anything"
Terrible option for turning texts into PDF , still requires you to take screenshots
-- YouBmusic, 2025-09-30

### *---- "Junk app. Nothing worked."
Junk app. Nothing worked.
Android version by this app programmer is far superior. The programmer has not updated this in over 2 years.
-- American Dragon Jake Long, 2025-08-29

### *---- "What does this app do?"
I was hoping to save a very lengthy text message but all this app does is save a screenshot, which is useless. Can I have a refund please?
-- rmckeethen, 2025-07-24

### **--- "Works much better on Android"
It’s amazing how different things are and how much you are forced to pay for apps when on IOS…. Terrible
-- Truereview934, 2025-06-07

### *---- "DOES NOT BACKUP SMS IN PDF OR TEXT FILE"
This app does not back up SMS in PDF for Text file format. It wants you to take screenshots of the conversations and then stitch the pictures of the screenshots together and then it allows you to export those pictures into a PDF. With two years of convos on my phone I would be here until next year!! try to contact Support about getting a refund. however, my email was undelivered and sent back to me because the email is from 2022.. lol can’t find any recent “2025” contact info..
-- Xdopeshortyx, 2025-05-28

### *---- "It does nothing"
I paid for it to do nothing. Wanted to restore messages but it does nothing with messages at all
-- betaboemo, 2025-05-15

### *---- "Completely pointless!"
This app does nothing, but save photos that are already saved. What a waste of time and money I have to now fight to get back…
-- Swirved, 2025-05-02

### *---- "Misleading"
Waste of money
-- Playaa1, 2025-03-29

### *---- "Junk"
Dosent let you save sms only lets you screenshot them
-- Johnnyboiplatz, 2025-03-03

### *---- "Watch Out!"
In App Store, it says the app is free. On their page it says zero $$ cost. Specifically “Your card WILL NOT BE CHARGED (in caps & bold) for the activation of your account.

So I thought the credit card info was for ID verification. But as soon as I hit that enter button, I was charged $39.95. Likely I was able to cancel the transaction through PayPal and they put the money right back.. but watch out!
