## SMS-Magic Reviews in United States

### *---- "no notifications"
app stopped delivering notifications. 5 stars when it’s fixed. Checked all my settings and even reinstalled not sending any notifications have to check it manually
-- CJ de SoFlo, 2025-04-07

### ***-- "Not getting notification"
I have tried deleting and redownloading and several updates and triple checked that notifications are indeed marked as on.

Have not gotten any notifications from this app and it has been a struggle as I use this for my work tool for texting.
-- Tom Wick, 2024-05-30

### *---- "This app is terrible"
Constant issues not pulling in templates, it’s bad on iOS and even worse on a PC.

It could be so much better. UI/UX is awful. They constantly impact performance of communication with customers. We’ve all seen the red triangle of death, which is just another way for SMS Magic to have your org buy more numbers.

Constantly have to sign back in and out to get things to push through. It’s bad.
-- Mark Zuckerburg's Mom, 2023-11-24

### *---- "Trash"
App is trash doesn’t show you the new messages that you’ve received unless you click on the notification from your Lock Screen.
-- ndi ribd, 2023-08-28

### *---- "Unreliable"
Undelivered text messages randomly and then never resends the messages once SMS magic decides to work again.
When not receiving inbound texts, the texts that were once sent but not received are lost.
-- smatheus7, 2023-07-25

### *---- "Horrible"
This is the most clunky and frustrating messaging service. We use it for our business. It seems that once one error is resolved, another pops up. I would give this service negative stars if I could.
-- al1653, 2022-10-15

### *---- "slow and klunky"
slow
-- 23erfdvvgdfb, 2022-10-12

### ****- "Doesn’t support Zoho login integration"
Right now this app is a non-starter for me.
-- ScruggsArt, 2022-05-29

### ***-- "Should be better"
Considering this is a SalesForce product you’d think it’d be decent, it does the job but not great.
-- LadyFlashback, 2022-04-07

### ***** "Amazing"
This app is amazing and has made my life 10x easier
-- Kylechi, 2022-03-09
