The biggest issue is the timing. If you book a specific time slot, don’t expect the expert to show up then. They typically arrive at least 2 hours late, if they arrive at all. Worse, when you reach out to customer support, all you’ll get are robotic replies like “We apologize for the inconvenience caused” or “Let me take a moment to check.” These are repeated over and over, with no actual solution ever provided. Meanwhile, the expert’s ETA just keeps getting pushed further. Eventually, either the expert shows up ridiculously late, or someone from customer support will call and politely ask you to reschedule for the next day. That’s how unreliable the service is. Their tagline “House help delivered in minutes” is completely misleading—it should be “House help maybe delivered in hours, or tomorrow… if you’re lucky.” Disappointed. Maids are not assigned, they dont come on time and cancel just prior to the slotted time. Customer service is non existent. Call never connects to the call centre. Just a message that all executives are busy and we will connect back later - no cal received ever. Even no response on WhatsApp number. If you somehow get hold of customer care, you are asked to wait - twice this has happened. For a booking of say 1pm after multiple followups a maid arrives at 3-4pm. Initially, I was quite impressed — I booked a 2-hour kitchen cleaning service, and the cleaner arrived in just 3 minutes. She started work right away, and while the cleaning quality was good, it was a bit slow. Based on her request and the effort she was putting in, I extended the service by another hour. However, despite the extension, the work was still incomplete. There was no clear indication in the app that the service couldn't be extended further. When time ran out, the cleaner left with things left halfway, and I had to finish organizing everything myself — all while juggling office work. This was frustrating, especially considering the price. Also, the app doesn’t clearly mention how long each service is supposed to take — it only lists the tasks covered, which is confusing for first-time users. On a personal note, we offered the cleaner breakfast (which she declined), but later she accepted some food and threw it in the dustbin, saying she didn’t like it — something I found disrespectful. While the cleaning effort was decent, the service overall lacked professionalism and planning. Every extension costs over ₹100, and although they initially mentioned 3 free services, this wasn’t honored or clarified. **Snabbit has potential**, but compared to established services like Urban Company, there’s still a long way to go in terms of clarity, reliability, and customer experience. -- Sandy Abdu, 2025-04-29 ### ***** "Only advertisement no availabliluty" They are advertising left right and centre in Bangalore .
