So what you see may not be true. Cash backs are not automatic as well, you need to write in to chase them for it. Firstly, the registration process is overly complicated and buggy, leaving me unable to fully utilise the app’s features. Despite numerous attempts, the problem remained unresolved. Furthermore, the customer service has been deeply unsatisfactory. Responses to my inquiries are painfully slow, and often, I am left waiting for days/weeks without any form of acknowledgment. This lack of communication is not only frustrating but also reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to user satisfaction. And my attempt to cancel the monthly subscription and stop the deductions from my account was met with complete silence. Despite sending emails requesting the cessation of charges, there has been no response, and the deductions continue. This experience has been disheartening and inconvenient.
