In case someone forgets part of your order, prepare to get no refund and pretty much waste your money. The first time I used this app I ordered two energy drinks and a snack, very simple request. As is the case with pretty much any delivery service, it was pretty expensive for what I was actually getting, which is why I was disappointed that they had only given me one drink yet kept the delivery fee as it was. No biggie, things happen, I figured that I could just get a refund and that would be that. Well, no. I tried emailing about this twice, however it wouldn’t go through because the customer support email address that is listed on the app “does not exist” and would not be sent. I then tried a separate email listed on their website and, while it went though that time, I still have not received any response. It’s kind of sketchy in all honesty, a month or two has passed since this and I’m fine with it but I will never use this app again and wanted to warn others of my experience.

Delivered in 10 min, packaged up nicely, and even included a free hat and thank you card :)

okay so at first i loved this app however they shortened their “delivery radius” and no longer deliver to my house. i’m convinced they only deliver to people located right outside their warehouse. not even a month ago they delivered to my house now they’re saying they don’t. stupid company

I bagged this blonde cutie from Orange County, but I didn’t have any rubbers. Thank goodness for Snag! I came a bit quicker than they did, but that’s not their fault!!! Quick delivery and reliable. Thanks Snag!!

I just recently tried Snag and was amazed by how fast my order came. Big selection. They need to add some Jocko Go drinks!
