This app is full of sublet scams from scammers. Beware and be careful. Never give your deposit before seeing a place and never pay no more than $25 for an application form. Scammers will show you video tours and FaceTime tours and such and it will still be a scam. Any sublet should be investigated and you should be seeking out building management to see if the sublet is legit for any prospective living arrangement.
