## Snap Fitness Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best GYM ever!"
Coach Peter is the best
-- The skinny guy, 2026-07-03

### **--- "Dev Please!"
We really need a next/previous field arrow or button. Nothing more irritating for a field to enter weight or reps being obfuscated by the keyboard then trying to figure out how to close the kb just to scroll up a bit and tap on the text field again.

Just two addl buttons and the page auto scrolls to be visible

It’s not too much of an ask is it?
-- jbroo7, 2026-05-20

### ****- "Improvement needed"
Been using the app for a couple of months now, and after adding exercises during a custom workout, those exercises are not saved to the custom workout. You must go in and add them at a later time. Additionally, when you delete an exercise from a custom workout, there is a bug that won’t permanently remove it. One should be able or have the choice to tweak a custom tailored workout.
-- LeonardoMCMLVII, 2026-05-07

### *---- "Update breaks accounts"
They keep breaking the app. 1 week ago the app does not think I’m a member. Access card works, account up to date. Turns out they updated the app a week ago. Go figure. Dev team needs help over there.
-- TGzus, 2026-04-03

### ***** "Member"
Great place - nice equipment- great staff ..
-- Harleypete1964, 2026-03-27

### *---- "Trying to Join but can’t get past sign up?"
I’m interested in visiting and joining snap fitness however the online information is pretty elusive and I couldn’t find much there about how to even start the free trial it advertises. I was hoping to find more information in the app but can’t even get past creating an account because I can’t enter a home base location therefore I can’t proceed with my account. After reading other reviews on this app this appears to be a commonly experienced bug that’s been going on for at least 2 YEARS? I’m confused as to why it hasn’t been fixed by now and definitely off put about the whole gym itself. Was excited to try it out but now a little hesitant since the gym doesn’t seem to be new member friendly.
-- Truthful Game reveiwer, 2026-01-21

### ***** "Fitness App"
👍👍 Best Membership App
-- GB 💪, 2025-07-02

### *---- "New Update Don’t Work"
The app keeps re-starting my workouts every time my phone locks the screen and the app does not save anything. I tried adding all my reps but it kept deleting them and again re-starting my workout plan for that day.
-- Nice1o, 2025-06-12

### *---- "Digital Card"
It’s 2025 No reason why we shouldn’t have digital cards
-- Jimmytall, 2025-05-21

### *---- "App is slow and non responsive"
It’s not good a fitness app takes more than 5 mins to load up your stats. This app needs to do some sprints and catch up LETS GO!!!!
-- MikeP520, 2025-04-09

### ****- "Reset workout program?"
How do I reset a program that I completed and want to do again? I cannot find a way to do it…???
-- Bluebikegal, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Won’t locate my club"
When I try to create an account it asks what club I belong to.

It then will not locate the club I type in and won’t let me proceed.
-- Camduncan19, 2024-09-18

### **--- "App Malfunctions"
Please fix the app. I can’t play videos in the background, screen rotation doesn’t work in full screen and my sound doesn’t work.
-- King__00, 2024-09-17

### *---- "Can’t set up account"
Seems to be common theme here. Go to set up account and it won’t recognize the club name that’s is on the paper work I signed. Absolute garbage app.
-- cjazs92, 2024-09-07

### ***-- "No digital membership card?"
Honestly, this app has more functionality and quality than the last gym fitness app I had. That said, this app is lacking the most beneficial functionality for me which is being able to add my membership card to my digital wallet. Whenever I workout, I carry three things around with me: my phone, water bottle, and physical membership card (I need it to access both gym levels during my workout). If I could replace the physical membership card with a digital one on my phone, that would reduce the number of items I carry around with me at the gym by 33%! Please add this functionality.
-- Enels7, 2024-09-05

### *---- "Can’t Even Register"
Wasted my time entering in all my information. Keeps sending a verification code to my email and never received a single email. Oddly enough, I receive so much promotional emails from Snap, but I can’t even get a verification email? Deleted the app, not going to bother with it.
-- Gemini11355, 2024-08-31

### *---- "Smaller company = no money for devs"
Just put the money your using on trying to make an app back into the facilities. Wait till you have enough money to build a proper app. It’s doing more harm than good.
-- tomanyadswaytomany, 2024-06-30

### *---- "."
Before getting a membership just know your card is only going to work half the time and anytime u bring it in they “fix it” and it’s good for a little then the same thing happens been going on for months
-- Donaldbf rhcicnd d, 2024-05-11

### ****- "Pretty Good App… but"
The app has helpful information and is good for tracking workouts, along with food ideas.

One thing would make it perfect and stand above the rest. Make an RF card option like Apple/Google Pay so there’s no reason to have to use a card.

Nobody ever forgets their phone.
-- Andruff, 2024-04-16

### *---- "App support non-existent"
Been trying to join in on the current challenge but don’t remember my password. I’ve requested a reset multiple times and never receive the email with the reset link. Its not going to spam. Try to get support and all you get is dead links and no way to contact anyone. Even the link in the App Store to ask a question is a dead end. Do better Snap!
