1. 本量表常模為6-13歲兒童，不在此範圍內的年齡層，系統會以最接近的年齡來參考常模，因此與孩童實際表現會有誤差，建議您詢求醫師或專業人員協助。
2. 本常模僅供參考，不應該作為過動而知唯一參考標準，若您對評估結果有疑問，建議您尋找本系統合作之醫療機構協助。
