I have been using this app for a long time now. It’s fantastic for any quick addition, blockout, text, shapes, or highlights to any photo.  
Don’t expect a photoshop experience, it isn’t, but there are heaps of things you can do with it. It’s fun and easy to use.

Best screenshot editing app I’ve found on the App Store — I use it to blur the bits I don’t want, before I use the screenshot as my iPhone wallpaper 😁

Love the app!!

A feature suggestion:
  •  Add the ability to zoom in & out of pics DURING the editing process. It’s a bit hit & miss when I’m using my finger to blur things, and I can’t zoom in to make it easier.

Concept is good, but implementation has quite a way to go before the app is as useful as Balloon Stickies, for example. Presently it lacks the ability to re-size an object, or rotate it. There's no way to focus on a line or arrow etc and delete it, or move it - only an undo facility for the latest actions that have not been 'applied'. There's no built-in help of any value and the developer's web site doesn't behave well on my iPad Air when accessed via the App Store's link or provide any further help. It has some attractive features, such as blur and focus, and number labels, but overall I don't recommend getting this app in its present state of development other than when it is offered free, as it is from time to time.
