That have increased charges to low priority. Their MCC code is utilities where bank don’t give any benefits.

I am sure you will loose many regular customers like me because of this charges changes. Your app MCC is utilities and we don’t get benefits from bank for utility payments. But there are other apps where its not utility MCC and we get benefits from bank. Though charges are little high but payment settlement is just next day + benefits from bank. I am switching to other app for my app payments

I think they removed the option to pay credit bill using debit card the only thing that I use this app for is that and now that feature is gone and no longer need this app. Very disappointing
