Bonjour, J’ai un problème avec l’application Snapchat : ma caméra arrière ne fonctionne pas. Lorsque j’essaie de l’utiliser, rien ne s’affiche ou l’écran reste figé. J’ai déjà vérifié mes paramètres et redémarré mon téléphone, mais le bug persiste. Merci de corriger ce problème rapidement pour améliorer l’expérience utilisateur.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ACCOUNT
It’s been two weeks now I can’t download any of my pics or videos my Snapchat account. Every time I try it writes «something went wrong».
I love this app!
But the only thing it remains from Snapchat is to put back the Snapchat games…I loved them so much back in the days and I recommend you to put it back.

This application is truly amazing! For me there aren’t any obstacles stopping me from messaging and calling my contacts. It’s definitely worth downloading, although I have some feedback I’d appreciate if you could listen to. When I’m in a call while playing a video game, the connection suddenly gets lost while no one in the call changed something. My assumption is almost all users experience this, while almost all of my friends experience it. Please fix this and the app will be flawless with a plus! 😉
