I don’t understand a lot of the negative comments. I’ve had this device about 4 years and — apart from renewing battery cell regularly — I’ve had no problems whatsoever. I use it both with index fingers and also using strap, to hold on the device, when taking recording over the heart itself. Perseverance works!

This app is utter trash, it does not supply recovery passwords when requested, the developer should be ashamed to represent china in such a way, utterly disgraceful conduct

I only downloaded this today & 5 times the app has closed, I’ve also tried to save remarks & it quotes “param lose”, I’ve tried to access the EKG help centre & nothing is shown

I bought this device from Amazon last year. Worked then, but recently I have Arrythmia issues and tried to use it. Web site no longer available. Doesn’t recognise my email address. Demands accepting terms and conditions which don’t display. I have a useless device as it needs a phone or iPad programme to work. DON’T BUY THIS. THE WEB SITE HAS SHUT DOWN.

Developers for some dumb reason made the app constantly phone home to their servers and require a login. Their servers barely ever work, and when they go down, so does the app. If you use an ECG for something important like warning you for A-Fib buy something else as these clowns will let you down at a critical moment.
