They say you can cancel your order within one hour but when I tried to, they ignored me until the product was “already in print” and then ignored my follow up email for a full week until it was “already shipped”. I’m asking for a refund but they keep sending me the same copy and pasted reply saying “sorry its already shipped”. Whose fault is that?

I ordered a personalized mug and bottle for Father’s Day and ended up with nothing. Every day, I chased my order and the live agents all lied to me, guaranteeing that I would have next day delivery. Then, they blamed UPS saying there was delays on their part. I drove to the UPS depot to see if they could locate my order, but UPS had never received my order. They even asked me if snapfish was a scam.
Claims to give you 50 FreePrints but instead charges €6 and another €6 for shipping yet FreePrints a different app will give you 45 actuallyFree photos a month and only 4 Euro shipping fee
We have ordered from Snapfish for quite a long time and we have never been disappointed. Thank you!
Easy to order photos and the AR mode is very cool
Placed an order that hasn’t arrived. Tried on numerous occasions to get through to customer service but it’s a dead end! Very disappointing!
I have used snapfish on the desktop for years and always found it great . Easy to use and the photos and products top notch. I downloaded the app on my phone and uploaded photos , edited them to size etc and made gifts for Christmas. I went to pay and found I had to go through an upload process again after I cleared payment in my banking app , this took about two hours as I had a considerable amount of photos. Then the app crashed and I could not access the photos I had edited my basket was empty. I tried to contact customer service again if the conversation did not keep going the screen would close and I’d have to start a new conversation with a new rep. I gave up after 4 attempts and went back to the trusted desktop I don’t think I will ever use the app again . I ended up paying and extra €25 and won’t have the images for when I wanted them Definitely would not recommend the app.
