## SnapLink Mobile Reviews in United States

### ****- "Great integration app"
Our second home Lighting, Security, HVAC and Ventilation have been automated by a Leviton HAI system for years. SnapLink Mobile puts us in complete control of every thing at all times. Our whole family uses it and loves it. I hope they continue to support this app for many more years.

### **--- "Trouble connecting"
The app is spotty. Continues to disconnect and takes forever to “connect “. Only on my cell. Once in a while on iPad. Why can’t this work? Especially if we’re moving to a smart world
-- Lisa LSV, 2025-01-27

### ***** "Awesome App"
This app is amazing, works perfectly, noticed that others on this review trash the app because it doesn’t send them any texts , with this system you have to purchase a text module that both supports email and texts , also this app is not cloud based so this app can not send texts , just get the right module and it works perfectly, would definitely buy again!!
-- Boyhawk, 2024-06-04

### ***** "Very reliable app."
Telephone the company for a simple fix to get it to work with iOS 17. Myro:Home is an excellent alternative, and it’s always kept up to date.
-- Interface Wiz, 2024-03-25

### *---- "Stopped working with IOS 16.5.1"
Won’t connect at all. Please fix the app to be compatible with new IOS releases BEFORE they go live.
-- Disappointed-user723, 2023-07-03

### *---- "Can’t Connect"
The app worked for me for years. Very basic, but functional. Recently it stopped working (“error—can’t connect). I didn’t change a thing. Rebooting my HAI controller didn’t fix the problem. No idea why this stopped working or how to fix it.
-- WereJammin, 2023-04-17

### *---- "Sad business model"
I had this app working perfectly on my  watch, right up to the point where it was automatically removed and now to get it back, I have to pay $25 one time fee, just so it’ll work on my  watch again. Daylight robbery!
-- SluggerUSA, 2022-06-25

### *---- "Can’t sync with Omni controller"
I’ve seen a couple of ppl write about this issue. Does anyone know how to fix it? All of a sudden a wk ago, we’re not able to sync & download from our Omni controller so we can’t control anything from this app.
-- Run310, 2022-06-10

### ****- "At last"
Credit to the team for finally updating the app to fix whatever ios15 broke - and for the good communication while they were working on it.
-- LMick, 2022-04-07

### ***** "Thank you."
As a long-time user with multiple systems and thousands of dollars invested, thank you for the latest update.
