I lived in Wellington for two yrs and when I came to Christchurch I realized how wonderful this app is. For metro card I top up Friday night and even by Monday evening the amount is showing as pending. I really appreciate the developers of the Snapper app and Designers for thinking of the user experience. 🫡 Had to face bad experiences to realize how excellent app we have in Wellington.

With monthly pass, Why must you scan at starting station, be scanned on the train and scan off at end station. Too much scanning. And if you forget you get penalty that gets reversed - just annoying. One scan per journey should be enough or just simply check on train enough
