Snap&Read also adjusts complex text to be more readable, and can translate text into over 100 languages. You can even take a picture and have the text within that picture read aloud. Snap&Read has both an App (for reading aloud, translating, simplifying, and annotating PDFs and Images) and a Safari extension (for reading, simplifying, and translating websites). If difficult vocabulary is too challenging, Snap&Read can dynamically level the text. Essentially, Snap&Read will pick out the difficult words/phrases and swap them out for easier to comprehend vocabulary/phrases. To see the original word, just tap on it to toggle between the original word and the simplified word. THIS... "The Time Traveller was expounding a recondite matter to us." BECOMES... "The Time Traveller was explaining a unknown matter to us." Finally, if you have paper, magazine, book, etc... you can use the Camera feature to take a picture and read. If you’re on the go and don’t want to bring your books… you can save the images to your picture library and access them all later right from the Snap&Read App even if you have no internet connection. ## Snap&Read Universal Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/16/9b/1d/169b1deb-02d3-cf54-89ad-5429fd8a32a6/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/ef/0d/0a/ef0d0ae9-527a-beb3-9e8e-3f0f5793e47b/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/69/05/dd/6905dd68-924f-ad2b-2bcd-396ed46b31e2/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/0f/96/8e/0f968e26-2def-1eae-5a0b-4aa37a56704e/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/62/73/f3/6273f3c4-15fd-eab9-5da2-26b15c774da1/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple113/v4/cc/55/76/cc5576e8-054b-0eeb-d431-7ca8ab2948dc/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/Purple123/v4/16/80/71/1680712a-eb16-a9ee-8a6e-45290c99cd22/pr_source.png/1242x2688.png) ## Snap&Read Universal Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 3 (30%) - 4 stars: 1 (10%) - 3 stars: 1 (10%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 5 (50%) ## Snap&Read Universal Reviews in United States ### *---- "Bad" Very upset i had a bad day and now i have to have some type of guardian??? Very very very disappointed. My throats sore, and im just trying to translate ancient english. The british are the root of all problems. -- Pancake cyclone, 2025-01-30 ### ****- "Helpful" My middle school teacher told me about snap and read and it had been super helpful ever since. It is great when I am doing essays. -- USA great, 2020-11-21 ### *---- "Not good" This app didn’t let me creat an account I put in two different emails and still nothing it kept on say that the log in didn’t match. Waist of time I was getting frustrated because I was putting the right information and still gave me a hard time. -- noomorree, 2019-10-03 ### ***** "Wow! Amazing new features!" Wow! Amazing new features! I have been using this app for years but the fact that it now translates , levels and reads all within Safari is amazing! I love to take a picture of text and have it read out loud and then type on top of it in the app as well. Highly accurate OCR and a great accessibility app! -- Megananddan, 2019-09-22 ### ***-- "Some nice features, others don't work as stated" This app works really well on web pages. Not as great as voice dream, but since I'm paying for the service already on my computer, I think it might be worth it for others. The camera feature does not work as states. There is no way to access your photo library within the app. Neither is there a way to send photos from photo library to the app. Needs some improvements but it's okay. I would really like to see the picture feature improved because I have voice Dream for the other. -- salfamily, 2017-07-07 [View all Snap&Read Universal reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Snap&Read Universal Discovered Keywords - snap - snap save - snap snap - read universal ## Apps Similar to Snap&Read Universal - [SnapType](https://apptail.io/app/snaptype-Hzj/united-states) - [Helperbird](https://apptail.io/app/helperbird-RDVf/united-states) - [Bookshare Reader](https://apptail.io/app/bookshare-reader-Ngtj/united-states) - [Clicker Writer](https://apptail.io/app/clicker-writer-GFbl/united-states) - [AAC Evaluation Genie](https://apptail.io/app/aac-evaluation-genie-NFbl/united-states) - [DRC INSIGHT](https://apptail.io/app/drc-insight-WXbl/united-states) - [TestNav](https://apptail.io/app/testnav-XXbl/united-states) - [SecureTestBrowser](https://apptail.io/app/securetestbrowser-Hbcl/united-states) - [Read&Write](https://apptail.io/app/readwrite-ohcl/united-states) - [SnapType Pro 2](https://apptail.io/app/snaptype-pro-2-Sqhm/united-states) ## Snap&Read Universal Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/united-states) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/argentina) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/australia) - [Azerbaijan](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/azerbaijan) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/brazil) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/canada) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/chile) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/china) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/colombia) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/egypt) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/hong-kong) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/indonesia) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/kuwait) - [Kazakhstan](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/kazakhstan) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/lebanon) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/malaysia) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/nigeria) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/pakistan) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/thailand) - [Tunisia](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/tunisia) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/taiwan) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/uzbekistan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/snapread-universal-CIwe/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
